- Our Doctors are: sunshine. rest. exercise. joyful movement. deep sleep. sea water. deep sleep after physical exertion. hugs. good cry. gratitude. decision and action. choose your battles and let the other go. speak up for yourself. everything in moderation including moderation. accept how you feel. journal. lift your spirit. balance the lows and the highs. insisting on positivity is toxic. we have rain and we have sunshine and we have seasons and we have bitter and sweet and we always will. dance to celebrate. rain is good weather too. know who you are and who you are not and allow for your own growth. try something new. my home is my outer body and it guides me to my wellbeing needs as much as my physical earthsuit body does.

- Ask for help certainly and rely on yourself. Develop trust in yourself
- Parents are a reference point once we are an adult, then live your own life
- Discovering what you are made of is worth the time. Find out who your ancestors are. There is much knowledge and wisdom to be gained from who they were and what happened to them and what they did with that. This is carried forward in your cells. There will be echos. It can strengthen you. It can be a warning that a better choice needs to be made. As I deepened into my understanding of astrology, I have been able to caste the natal chart of my ancestors to help me know who they were and what they struggled with. Echoes show up in the chart through the North Node and trauma patterns. Accept the echoes – face them – move forward as you integrate them
